Job summary

ITS Building People are seeking an experienced Telehandler for a project in Dorchester, Dorset. Immediate start with ongoing work and weekly pay. Training and progression may be available through ITS Building People for suitable candidates.

Requirements include a valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card (not always essential), prior telehandler experience, own PPE, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card is preferred but not always required.
• Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots) is required.
• Relevant tools/equipment as needed for the role.
• Reliable and punctual attitude is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Telehandler on construction sites in Dorchester and surrounding areas.
• Work with contractors and site personnel to move materials safely.
• Follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Report any equipment issues and maintain daily equipment checks.

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler on behalf of our client for a project based in Dorchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
