Job summary

ITS Building People is seeking a Telehandler Operator for a temporary contract on a residential project in Angmering, West Sussex. Immediate start, 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. Own transport preferred; blue CPCS/NPORS card and a full UK driving licence required. On-site duties include assisting trades and moving/loading materials.

Hourly rate £21–£22, contract duration around 2 weeks with possible extensions. PPE supplied by ITS Building People for a small fee.

• Own high vis jacket, gloves and hard hat preferred, supplied by ITS Building People for a small fee.

Job description:

Telehandler Operator required for a highly regarded regional developer that specialises in residential projects. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking telehandler to assist our client with a project based Angmering, West Sussex. Own transport is essential.

This contract is Monday to Friday and there may be the option to do overtime.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting trades on site
• Moving materials
• Loading and unloading materials

Requirements for the role

• Previous Experience
• A valid Blue CPCS/NPORS card
• A full UK Driving Licence
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
• Own tools required

Training/Progression opportunities:

• There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management
