Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator in Northfleet, Kent. The role involves safely operating a telehandler to move materials such as cement bags and aggregates, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a pay rate of £16.00 per hour.

Shifts are flexible, covering days and nights (3 out of 7 days per week), or fixed shifts if preferred. The site offers consistent work in an established industrial operation and opportunities for ongoing employment.

Competenze

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence is required.

Telehandler Operator - Days & Nights

Location: Northfleet, Kent. Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour. Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift Pattern: Flexible days and nights - working 3 out of 7 days per week.

We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Telehandler Operator to join a busy industrial operation based in Northfleet, Kent.

The site handles a variety of products, including cement bags, aggregates and other materials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely manoeuvring and moving products around the site, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

This role involves a flexible shift pattern covering both days and nights, so candidates must be happy to work across both shifts. Or fixed shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a telehandler safely to move and position a variety of products and materials.
• Handling cement bags, aggregates and other industrial products.
• Loading, unloading and manoeuvring materials around the site.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider team to maintain an efficient operation.

Requirements

• A valid counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Previous telehandler experience or an in-house telehandler licence is acceptable.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
