My client is recruiting for an experienced telehandler to work on a busy housing site for a large groundworks and civils company. The position is initially 2-3 weeks but could be extended based on performance.

HOURLY RATE: £20 per hour - CIS

LOCATION: Overstone

START DATE: 18th August 2025

CONTRACT LENGTH: 2-3 weeks, potentially longer depending on performance

HOURS OF WORK:

• 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Operate a 9m reach Telehandler
• Transport materials to and from designated areas on site, following the daily production schedule
• Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Move goods packed on pallets or in crates
• Check loads are secure
• Stack empty pallets
• Perform daily equipment checks, including recharging batteries and lubricating machinery
• Remove machine attachments and waste materials from machines

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPCS / NPORS Card (valid)
• PPE
• Ability to operate a 9m reach telehandler

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Experience working on housing sites
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week
• Competency in operating the machine

NOTE: Payment will be processed via Marvel Payroll, and an Account Manager will contact you before your start date. All workers will be paid via CIS.
