Main purpose of the role
As a Planning Surveyor based at our modern Manchester offices, you will be part of the Acquisition & Planning team. The role involves managing activities related to securing planning rights for Mitie projects, including MNO customer projects (upgrades, replacements, new sites), and specialist projects involving Solar PV and EV solutions. You will work across multiple client programmes, so teamwork and technical expertise are essential.
Key responsibilities
You will undertake site surveys and planning appraisals, prepare planning applications, and manage them through the planning process. Collaborate with stakeholders to inform and advise on technical matters, managing work activity directly and via suppliers. Responsibilities include:
