Job Title: Telecoms Project Manager - TSA (Telecoms Security Act)
Location: Reading - 2 to 3 days a week
Salary/Rate: Up to £620 a day Inside IR35
Start Date: August 2025
Job Type: 6-month contract (with scope to extend)

Company Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Project Manager, ideally with experience in the Telecoms Security Act (TSA), who is passionate and has experience in compliance, supplier management, and/or commercial management.

This role will provide the necessary supply chain data identification, validation, and input to TSA program team to enable them to meet the organisation's compliance to the Telecoms Security Act (TSA).

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Consult with the TSA Program team gather requirements for CTO and establish a project of action that will ensure each active and new supplier conforms commercially and contractually with the regulation.
• Review requirements with TSA Program team, Procurement, Legal and CTO Operational teams to register and assess supplier activities, supplier access, commercial agreements, and supplier governance to establish a valid and complete input to the TSA Program team.
• Provide detailed inputs and outputs reflecting from the TSA Program team, to establish compliance for the CTO supplier landscape, commercial contracts, and in life governance model
• Providing input on CTO suppliers to Impact Assessment requests, and collating other such responses into integrated output reports
• Interface with the TSA Programme team to understand, manage, and contribute to Partner Management deliverables
• Cross-functional management of Partner Management deliverables within defined SLAs, helping to identify relevant ownership and accountability
• Identify Partner Management deliverables dependencies between functions or across workstreams.
• Scope and provide estimates for supplier, commercial and governance improvement activities to ensure TSA compliance.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven track record in a project delivery, planning, operations or complex business collaborative environment leading a Compliance and/or Transition Project.
• Experience in a commercial environment dealing with Suppliers and commercial contracts
• Experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment.
• Knowledge of risk trade off options and their impact on project success
• Ability to understand complex organisational designs and structures and understands how to relate these to the project being managed.
• Wide experience in the telecommunications/ Broadband / cable TV industry
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs
• Experience of business analysis and change implementation
