Job summary

The successful candidate will perform project delivery and first-line support in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment, with responsibilities spanning installation, fault resolution, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain telecoms equipment.
• Support first-line assurance on a 24x7x365 basis.
• Monitor networks, troubleshoot faults, and resolve incidents.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Complete project documentation and handover reports.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project engineers and service teams.
• Escalate risks and service-impacting incidents appropriately.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and service management.
