Job summary

Pro Search UK is seeking a Telecoms Fibre Engineer to perform fibre installations and surveys for telecoms networks. This role starts immediately, with a comprehensive training program and competitive benefits.

You will work approximately 46 hours per week Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, and will receive holiday pay, pension, and yearly bonuses. A full UK driving license is required, and you should be customer-focused and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay of Telecoms Fibre Engineer

• Telecoms fibre engineer will be working from a rate card and will have a guarantee of pay rate in place. If you work hard and put in the effort there is no cap on your earnings.
• You will also receive holiday pay, pension, yearly bonsuses and other company benefits.

Job Description of Telecoms Fibre Engineer :

• Completing Fibre Installations
• Overhead / Underground jobs
• Completing Fibre Surveying / Repairing Orders
• You will be given full and continuous training in this role and support throughout your working day.
• The normal hours of work are 46 hours per week Monday to Friday, including work on Saturdays.
• Site Inspection Evaluations Including, Traffic Management to be conducted
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries

Key Requirements of Telecoms Fibre Engineer :

• Full UK driver's license with no more than 6 points on.
• Skilled at managing any kind of technical work in the field even with little supervision
• You will be Friendly, Customer focussed and desire to resolve any issues

Telecom Fibre Engineer Engineer physical requirements:

• The ability to lift objects regularly
• The ability to safely climb ladders
• The ability to bend and stretch with comfort
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
