Job summary

Pro Search UK are hiring experienced telecoms engineers with experience in Cable pulling, fibre, civils, rodding & roping, underground network or network build. Immediate start available.

This role involves laying cables, rodding and roping underground networks, preparing sites for efficient connection later, and carrying out pre-enablement activities. You will install, maintain and replace network infrastructure equipment while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous pre-enablement, Cable pre pull, telecoms, network build, civils, fibre, or utility experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points on

Responsibilities

• This will involve laying cables, rodding and roping underground networks and preparing the site to ensure a smooth and efficient connection process later.
• Carrying out network Cable Puller / pre-enablement activities
• Installing, maintaining and replacing network infrastructure equipment
• Cable Pulling and proving fibre cables through the underground duct networks
• Clearing blockages and identifying network faults
• Working within footways, carriageways, cabinets, chambers and customer access areas
• Using specialist tooling and civils equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards
