A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Telecoms Engineer to support ongoing works across TFL Underground stations in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and testing of CAT6A cabling and telecoms equipment. This is a long-term opportunity until the end of 2026, requiring experience in rail or infrastructure projects and mandatory qualifications like JIB Card or ECS Skill Card. Night work is involved.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Telecoms Engineer to support ongoing works across TFL Underground stations in Zones 1, 2 & 3.
Working as part of a team of 4-5 operatives and reporting to the Site Person in Charge (SPC), the successful candidate will carry out installation, termination, and testing of CAT6A cabling, antennas, racks, and associated telecoms equipment. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in rail or large infrastructure projects in a similar role is essential.
TFL Underground works across Zones 1, 2 & 3. Previous experience on rail or Underground projects is highly desirable.
