Job summary

Elite M&A Boutique seeks a talented Junior to Mid-Level Investment Banking Associate to join a team specialising in Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure. You will execute strategic advisory and financing mandates, working closely with senior bankers and top-tier clients on high-profile transactions.

Key responsibilities include modelling, valuations, preparing client materials, due diligence support and deal execution, with strong emphasis on communication, project management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience as Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, ideally within M&A or a sector-focused coverage team.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Exposure to Telecoms, Digital Infrastructure, Data Centres, Fibre Networks, Towers or related Infrastructure assets is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A, strategic advisory and financing transactions across Telecoms and Digital Infrastructure.
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Prepare client presentations, investment committee materials and market analysis.
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring and deal execution.
• Build relationships with clients, investors and other key industry stakeholders.
