Due to continued success and rapid financial growth, our client is seeking a Telecoms Customer Administrator to join their talented team. If you are keen to make an impact in the rapidly growing telecommunication industry, this is the role for you!

Our client offers excellent career progression opportunities and the ability to control your own workday, with a competitive starting salary of c£25,000 DOE.

Business working hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00-17.30 (1 hour lunch) and Friday 9.00-17.00 (30 mins). Our client offers an excellent holiday benefit of a total of 31 days inclusive of bank holidays.

Free parking on site, and the role is office-based 5 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Create and develop new contracts and credit checks
  2. Process new connection orders and update the CRM
  3. Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
  4. Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve order issues
  5. Ensure documentation is sent to new and existing customers

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Experience in an administrative role
  2. Experience working in the telecoms industry
  3. Good telephone manner with the ability to build and develop client relationships
