Job Title – Telecoms Channel Partner Manager

Job Location – London

Salary – 55k Basic with a 85k plus OTE

We are currently recruiting an entrepreneurial and target driven Channel Sales professional to join my client's expanding team.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, commitment and hunger. My client will offer you a fantastic basic and commission structure. They have a very competitive uncapped commission scheme; by achieving their reasonable targets, you will earn double your basic salary which is being offered up to 55k. If you exceed your targets, the earning potential is endless.

My client has a network to deliver business critical services including Cloud, Voice Services and Connectivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new partners and developing existing partners with the view of building lasting relationships to increase spend.

My client works with over 1000 blue chip corporate clients from industries including Media, Technology, Finance, Public Sector, Insurance, Leisure and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning sales strategies and working closely with marketing to raise awareness
  2. Aligning the portfolio within partner services and ensuring partners' sales teams are aware of positioning and benefits
  3. Competently and knowledgeably advising partners on network solutions and services that best fulfil their customer requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of client needs
  4. Conducting face-to-face channel meetings with partners and their clients
  5. Negotiating pricing with partners to achieve sales
  6. Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales, along with regular activity reporting
  7. Ensuring that sales and KPI targets are achieved

Skills/Experience Needed:

  1. Consistent channel sales track record working with Channel Partners with a proven ability to hit financial targets
  2. Experience selling multi-site MPLS solutions and carrier services through the channel
  3. Channel sales experience from within the telecoms industry, ideally from an ISP or Telecoms Carrier/Reseller
  4. Experience establishing, managing and developing channel partner relationships
  5. Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
  6. Driven, self-motivated and disciplined
