Job summary

Pro Search UK is seeking experienced Telecoms Cable Pullers with skills in cable pulling, fibre installation, civils, and underground network work. The role focuses on pre-enablement tasks, site preparation, and infrastructure setup ahead of main installations.

The position involves working on cable laying, rodding/roping in underground networks, and preparing sites to facilitate smooth later connection processes.

Qualifications

• Previous pre-enablement, cable pre pull, telecoms, network build, civils, fibre, or utility experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points on the licence.

Responsibilities

• Laying cables and rodding/roping underground networks.
• Carrying out pre-enablement activities and site preparation.
• Installing, maintaining and replacing network infrastructure equipment.
• Pulling fibre cables through underground duct networks.
• Clearing blockages and identifying network faults.
• Working within footways, carriageways, cabinets and customer access areas.
• Using specialist tooling and civils equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all work complies with health, safety and quality standards.
