Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize internet speed at customer premises for clients including TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet's guidelines and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction and proper operation
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training completion
• Comply with company fleet policy and health and safety regulations
• Operate tools safely and in accordance with environmental regulations
• Licensing/Certification: Full manual Driving Licence (required)
• Work authorization: United Kingdom (required)
