Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet Home guidelines, best practices, and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all services operate to customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries
• Develop your professional skills through timely training completion
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Follow current health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely
• Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
• Licence/Certification: Full manual Driving Licence (required)
• Work authorization: United Kingdom (required)
