- Install broadband and TV services
- Resolve broadband faults
- Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
- Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
- Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Qube guidelines, best practices, and client requirements
- Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all are operating to their satisfaction
- Work efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and excellent customer service
- Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
- Complete any required training timely to develop your professional skills
- Comply with company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
- Operate tools safely and ensure environmental regulations are followed
- Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
