Job Purpose

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize internet speeds at customer premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities

• Complete all work to the quality standards required by Circet and in line with best practices and client specifications
• Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all are operating to their satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and ensuring excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely completion of training requirements
• Comply with company fleet policies
• Follow health and safety regulations as outlined in the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely and in compliance with current environmental regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Full manual Driving Licence (required)
• Work authorization for the United Kingdom (required)
