Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

  • Install broadband and TV services
  • Resolve broadband faults
  • Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients including TalkTalk and BT
  • Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
  • Complete work to quality standards aligned with Circet and client requirements
  • Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
  • Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
  • Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
  • Comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment
  • Adhere to data protection policies and relevant legislation
