Job Purpose

Includes but is not limited to:

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Qube guidelines and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment
• Adhere to data protection policies and relevant legislation
