Job Purpose (including but not limited to):
  • Install broadband and TV services
  • Resolve broadband faults
  • Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
  • Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
  • Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
  • Continuously develop your professional skills through timely training
  • Comply with company fleet policies
  • Follow current health and safety regulations, including the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
  • Operate tools safely and responsibly
  • Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
  • Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation
