Communications Engineer – Unified Comms & AV Installations

Full-Time

UK Driving Licence Required

We’re looking for a skilled Communications Engineer to join a fast-growing managed service provider delivering cutting-edge telecoms and IT solutions to businesses across the UK.

This customer-facing role involves installing and configuring cloud-hosted VoIP systems (Gamma Horizon, 8x8 Work), Microsoft Teams Room setups (Yealink), and Contact Centre platforms. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, delivering end-user training, and ensuring smooth, professional, and well-documented installations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in UC or installation engineering roles
• Experience with Gamma Horizon and/or 8x8 VoIP
• Teams Room setups (Yealink hardware preferred)
• Understanding of contact centre features (IVRs, dashboards, agent tools)
• Knowledge of networking basics (VLANs, PoE, QoS)
• Experience mounting AV/telephony equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
