Job Purpose include but are not limited to:

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients including TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best working practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to the customer’s satisfaction
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
• Continuously develop your professional abilities through timely completion of training requirements
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Follow current health and safety regulations aligned with H&S handbook, Toolbox Talks, etc.
• Ensure safe operation of tools
• Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
