Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

  1. Install broadband and TV services
  2. Resolve broadband faults
  3. Optimize speed in our customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
  4. Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
  5. Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet, in line with best practices and client requirements
  6. Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to customer satisfaction
  7. Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction
  8. Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
  9. Develop your professional abilities through timely training as communicated
  10. Comply with company fleet policy
  11. Follow current health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
  12. Operate tools safely
  13. Ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
  14. Comply with Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
