Telecommunications Engineer - Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role
  1. Install broadband and TV services
  2. Resolve broadband faults
  3. Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
Providing installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and T.V services
  • Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet, in line with best practices and client requirements
  • Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
  • Work efficiently while being considerate, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
  • Continuously develop professional skills through timely training completion
  • Comply with company fleet policies and health and safety regulations
  • Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations
  • Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
