Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and T.V services

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services to ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training
• Comply with company fleet policy and health & safety regulations
• Ensure the safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
