Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

  • Install broadband and TV services
  • Resolve broadband faults
  • Optimize speed in customer premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT
  • Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and related services
  • Complete all work to the required quality standards in line with best practices and client requirements
  • Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction and proper operation
  • Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
  • Develop professional skills through timely training
  • Comply with company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
  • Ensure safe operation of tools and environmental compliance
  • Maintain compliance with data protection policies and relevant legislation
