A leading company in engineering services is seeking an experienced Telecommunication Inspector for inspection activities in Nottingham. This role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience and the ability to prepare detailed reports. Suitable candidates must hold a relevant degree and be capable of independent work or affiliation with an inspectors agency. Freelance opportunities available with flexible ad-hoc contracts.

Job description

RINA is looking for an experienced Telecommunication Inspector to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in Nottingham, UK.

Requested:

• Experience as Electrical/Telecommunication Inspector (min. 3 years); Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections;
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service;
• Telecommunication/ Electrical Degree (Electrical Engineering, Eletronic and Electromechanical Engineering, or graduate from high school in relevant branches/ Compex certificate (plus).

Contract:
