Capgemini is seeking a Telco Security Architect to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of security architectures for telecom networks in the UK. The role emphasizes TSA compliance, secure interfaces, and risk mitigation across 5G/6G environments.

You will guide security teams, drive zero-trust initiatives, manage IAM and PKI, and ensure secure signaling and interdomain connections within complex OSS/BSS ecosystems.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in telecommunications network security architecture.
• UK TSA & regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with telecom network architecture and security requirements.
• Knowledge of 5G/6G security and PKI management.

Telco Security Architect

This is a critical security leadership role focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security architectures for telecommunications networks. The role emphasizes UK Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) compliance, network node security, and risk mitigation across complex telecom infrastructures, including secure protocol interfaces and API exposure (HTTPS/SBI, SIP/signaling protocols), and leading high-performing security teams.

• UK TSA & Regulatory Compliance

• Network interfaces and interdomain connections
• 4+ years experience designing security for
• Expertise in telecom-specific threats and attacks (SS7 exploitation, signaling attacks, RAN threats)
• Zero-trust architecture design and implementation
• Cryptographic standards and PKI management
• Identity and access management (IAM) in telecom context
• Security monitoring and SIEM implementations
• Vendor & Risk Management

Certifications

• Cyber Architecture: ISC2 CC (free training + certification) => CISSP (requires 5+ years experience in cyber) => ISSAP (requires CISSP and 2+ years experience)
