We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker with our young client in Crawley.

When you'll be working:

  • Mornings to start with: 8am-1pm
  • 30 hours to start with
  • From May onwards, the package will increase to 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)
  • So flexibility to increase hours is essential

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our 17-year-old male client with complex health needs in his family home.

This will involve supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication, and clinical equipment.

Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
