Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios Technology Operations is seeking a TechOps & Support Engineer to help drive the execution and improvement of key service delivery processes across global productions. You will provide first and second tier technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and partner daily with cross-functional teams.

A strong understanding of Linux, SRE or DevOps practices, and the ability to handle multiple issues in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Experience working with Linux.
