Qualifications
Extensive programme management experience in large-scale technology/software programmes.
Experience leading multiple complex projects and workstreams concurrently.
Ability to join established programmes mid-delivery and take control quickly.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery.
Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience working with software development teams and third-party suppliers.
Hands-on, delivery-focused approach operating at pace.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple technology projects and workstreams.
Manage integrated programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Identify critical paths and resolve cross-programme dependencies.
Collaborate with senior executives, sponsors and technical stakeholders.
Provide clear reporting and governance to Steering Groups and senior leadership.
Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
Drive decisions, resolve issues and ensure actions are followed through.
Support business and operational change alongside the technology transformation.
