Job summary

Reply is seeking a recent graduate to grow into a full-stack Technical Consultant. You’ll work across the full stack on real client projects, from design through testing and delivery, gaining exposure to SAP Customer Experience, modern web frameworks, and AI-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders, building client-facing skills and a solid foundation in software architecture, automation and best practices. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with an interest in full-stack development and technical consulting.
• Foundational understanding of core AI concepts and how modern AI solutions apply to real projects.
• Clear, confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Curious, proactive, adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and quick learning.
• Exposure to Java, Python, Spring, JSP, Angular, React, APIs or relational databases.
• Awareness of software testing and automation, using tools like JUnit, Postman, Selenium or Cypress.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, project-based environment with occasional client travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full-stack features across customer experience solutions, from front end to back end.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned work items, including design, implementation and unit testing.
• Contribute to solution architecture and design discussions with senior team members.
• Apply appropriate testing practices, including contributing to automated tests.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, communicating progress and risks.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques throughout analysis, development and delivery activities.
• Continuously learn and adopt new platforms, frameworks and technologies as needed.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues in existing client solutions.

Role Overview

In this broad, hands-on role, you’ll work across the full stack on real client projects, from technical design and implementation through testing and delivery. You will gain exposure to technologies such as SAP Customer Experience, modern web frameworks and AI-driven solutions, while collaborating closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. Over time, you’ll build strong client-facing skills and a solid foundation in software architecture, automation and best practices.

About the Candidate:

• Recent graduate with a genuine interest in full-stack development, software architecture and technical consulting.
• Strong foundational understanding of core AI concepts and how modern AI solutions can be applied in real projects.
• Clear, confident communicator who can build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Some exposure to one or more technologies such as Java, Python, Spring, JSP, Angular, React, APIs or relational databases.
• Awareness of software testing and automation, ideally having used tools like JUnit, Postman, Selenium, Cypress or similar.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-based environment and open to occasional client travel when required.
