Position Overview:

As a Technology Support III team member in the Sales Applications Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows within the Sales Applications space. This role involves supporting our Rates, Credit, FX, Repo, and SPG businesses. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality in Sales applications.
  • Monitor environments and proactively address issues to improve operations across Rates, Credit, FX, Repo, and SPG businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve challenges and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical support or similar roles, preferably in applications support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking, particularly in the Sales Applications space.
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Geneos, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading systems is a plus.
