The Role

As a Technology Support Engineer at Formula E, your primary mission is to explore and embrace emerging technologies to meet the evolving business needs within our ecosystem. Your role focuses on enhancing user productivity and satisfaction through the promotion of technology, intranet content marketing, and cultural integration. You will also be responsible for mastering the company's app ecosystem, establishing efficient workflows, resolving technical challenges, and organising support for important backend services.

• Technology solutions acumen: Design, implement, troubleshoot and maintain technology solutions, focused around Google Workspace, iOS and Mac OS.
• System management: Manage AV/VC both in house at our head office and on track.
• User engagement: Proactively engage with employees to identify areas for technological improvement and new requirements.
• Upskill Formula E ecosystem: Host training and upskilling sessions for the Formula E ecosystem, ensuring best practices are being shared.
• Gaming Arena Champion: Manage, maintain and develop the Gaming Arena at Formula E events around the world, being able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Sim Racing equipment.

What we're looking for

• Systems & software support: Proven IT support experience in both OSX and Google Workspace environments.
• IP & mobile solutions: Knowledge and experience of IP networks, internet connectivity, and mobile platforms.
• AV & VC Technician: Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting AV / VC equipment.
• Driven by technology & passion: A passion for motorsport, tech innovations, and sustainability.
• Sim Racing Tech awareness: An understanding of Sim Racing Tech.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
