Job summary

Samsaar is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology to oversee the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, and initiatives from a leadership position in Greater London.

You will lead a team of technology professionals, drive innovation, ensure secure, scalable systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value aligned with business goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep technical knowledge, and excellent communication to align technology with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in technology leadership with proven team management.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or AWS are a plus.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate SLAs and pricing.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement security measures to protect systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other departments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive process improvements.
