Job summary

Deloitte offers a Full Time Graduate opportunity within Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST). You will be allocated to one of two teams and work on large-scale technology transformations, engaging with senior leaders and clients to deliver strategic, technology-enabled outcomes.

The programme emphasises collaboration, learning, and the practical application of AI tools to enhance client delivery while developing professional skills across consulting and technology disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• Graduate programme; must graduate by September 2027 for Autumn 2027 intake.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to engage with clients to solve their most complex problems.
• Working with individuals from our clients’ business and IT teams to understand what the problems and needs are, and transforming those into technical requirements.
• Creating documents crucial to the delivery and execution of the programme, alongside materials presented back to clients.
• Discovering how technologies support everything an organisation does, and which technologies work best for each part of a business.
• Using firm-approved AI tools responsibly to support client delivery.
• Help assess technology investments, identify opportunities to improve value, agility, efficiency, and user experience.
