You’ll work in high-performing deal teams on fast-paced transactions and transformations, gaining exposure to technology strategy, software platforms, IT applications and cybersecurity.

You will develop future-focused skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning, while supporting recruitment, learning and development, and

Qualifications

• Assess technology landscape including strategy, software platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, technology costs and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Gain exposure to deal/investment diligence, valuation processes, stakeholders, bidder meetings and deal negotiations.
• Assist with recruitment, learning and development as well as business development activities such as pitches and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.
