Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Technology Controls Office (TCO) Europe Specialist to drive governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across Europe and globally. You will partner with technology and business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, report, and mitigate technology risks while supporting enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Risk Management or Controls in financial services.
• Experience presenting risk and governance reporting to senior management.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
• Experience with disaster recovery and resilience programs.
• Ability to identify and remediate control gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on technology risk, governance, controls and compliance.
• Support risk assessment, escalation, and control gap management.
• Coordinate resilience testing and disaster recovery activities.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives including DORA and EBA.
• Coordinate audits and remediation tracking.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
