WPP Media Limited is hiring a Technology Risk & Governance Lead to establish and mature the Enterprise Technology Risk function. You will develop a growing team of risk SMEs and drive a modern, data-led, automation-first approach to risk management across technology, security and business teams.

The role requires leading risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and delivering senior-level insights. You will partner with security, controls, internal audit, and legal teams while shaping data

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Cyber Risk, Technology Governance, Assurance or IT Audit.
• Experience operating within large, multinational technology environments.
• Ability to translate complex risk topics for diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and maturity of technology risk management framework and processes.
• Coordinate risk assessments, scenario analysis and risk-based decision making.
• Maintain risk registers, issue management and remediation tracking.
• Produce high-quality management reporting, dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Security, Risk & Controls, Internal Audit and Legal teams.
