We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Assurance Principal Consultant/Manager to join our team.

As a Manager/Principal Consultant (dependent on experience), specializing in IT Audit within Technology Risk Assurance, you will manage the TRA client portfolio alongside Partners/Directors to ensure timely, accurate delivery of assignments at client sites, including IT assurance and advisory projects.

You will:

  • Lead teams to help clients manage IT controls and risks, primarily within the Not for Profit sector.
  • Manage regional client portfolios and perform complex TRA assignments.
  • Lead and coach high-performing teams, oversee resource management, recruitment, and development.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, resolving issues as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional work.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in portfolio management within professional services IT audit roles.
  • Extensive experience in IT Audit at a higher level.
  • Proven ability to manage and coach teams.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, audit and accounts software, Outlook.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of internal audit processes and sector issues.
  • Experience in the Not for Profit sector, especially NHS, Education, Charities, or Central Government, is advantageous but not essential.
