About the team

RSM's global Technology Risk Assurance (TRA) practice provides assurance, advice, and solutions to enable our clients to manage their digital risk and move forward with confidence.

Our local client portfolio includes some of the most interesting and prestigious organizations within financial services (e.g., Fintech, insurance, building societies), corporates (e.g., technology, manufacturing, and automotive), and the public sector (e.g., healthcare, social housing, education, and government).

Our team thrives as their responsibilities are diverse, challenging, and purposeful. We regularly collaborate with other RSM teams (UK and international), including Tax, Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, Consulting, and External Audit, to help our clients address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

As a TRA Manager, you will:

• Help clients develop digital strategies by leading teams that provide risk assurance and advice.
• Stay current with technology trends, risk management practices, and industry issues.
• Manage a TRA client portfolio alongside Partners, ensuring value addition, timely delivery, and profitability.
• Develop plans, oversee work quality, and report on client engagements.
• Perform risk management processes and develop commercial arrangements.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, managing resources effectively.
• Lead innovation initiatives to build future products, services, and solutions.
• Represent RSM in external meetings, client workshops, audit committees, and networking events.
• Lead local CSR initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities.
• Develop proposals to meet client needs and demonstrate our capabilities.

Requirements for the role

You will:

• Hold at least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, CIPM, CISSP, CCSP, CHECK, CREST, AWS.
