Technology Risk and Controls Delivery Lead

Delta Capita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Delivery Lead within a Tier 1 Investment Bank client, primarily to support the delivery of a Risk and Controls programme.

The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in Technology Risk Management and Service Management and should be self-motivated with a willingness to learn independently. Key responsibilities include:

1. Understanding and translating programme objectives into executable work packages.
2. Aiming for the highest standards of delivery and engineering.
3. Engaging authentically with teams, colleagues, and business partners to deliver results efficiently.
4. Demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
5. Having experience working with global teams and contacts.
6. Proven track record in technology leadership, delivering complex, cross-region initiatives.
7. Understanding and motivating engineering teams.
8. Monitoring key control indicators (KCIs) to assess risk mitigation effectiveness.
9. Managing initiatives to improve controls sustainably for enduring organizational outcomes.
10. Possessing a broad understanding of resilience and continuous improvement.

Relevant Experience:

1. Successful delivery of sustainable outcomes in enterprise-scale organizations.
2. Experience in technology service management and control framework implementation.
3. Deep understanding of control operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
4. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with navigation of complex technology landscapes preferred.
6. Excellent project management skills with experience leading large initiatives preferred.
7. Knowledge of technology infrastructure, including Public Cloud and legacy technologies in a global financial setting, preferred.
