Delta Capita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Delivery Lead role within a Tier 1 Investment Bank client, primarily to support the delivery of a Risk and Controls programme.

The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Technology Risk Management and Service Management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and translating programme objectives into executable work packages.
• Achieving high standards of delivery and engineering.
• Engaging effectively with teams, colleagues, and business partners to deliver results promptly.
• Demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Working with teams and contacts in a global setting.
• Leading complex, cross-region, cross-function global initiatives.
• Monitoring key control indicators (KCIs) to evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness.
• Managing initiatives to improve or remediate controls sustainably for long-term outcomes.
• Possessing a broad understanding of resilience and continuous improvement approaches.

Relevant Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering sustainable outcomes in large enterprise organizations.
• Experience in technology service management with successful control framework implementations.
• Deep understanding of control operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating complex technology landscapes.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure, including Public Cloud and legacy technologies, in a global financial context.
