Job Description:

Technology Resilience SME – 6 months (Inside IR35)

Overview:

Subject Matter Expert in one or more core functions of Technology Resilience (TR), including Disaster Recovery, Cloud Computing, Availability Planning, and Supplier Management.

You will leverage your technical domain knowledge, leadership, communication, and planning skills to ensure the availability of business services within defined impact tolerances. You will also provide technical guidance to other parts of CIO and the business, such as Live Service and Projects.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitate resilience testing and oversee the technology estate, including Cloud, On-Premise, Mainframe, and Third-Party SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with the COO Operational Resilience team to align resilience strategies.
• Perform Resilience Assessments and manage remediation plans.
• Plan, manage, and execute testing with key suppliers, including Disaster Recovery, resilience, backup, and restore testing.
• Manage relationships with external IS suppliers to ensure aligned delivery and support, optimize value, and control costs.
• Optimize the IT resilience environment to meet demand, including capacity and redundancy improvements.

Technical Skills:
