The Job

  1. You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies.
  2. Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks.
  3. Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications.
  4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviors.
  5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods.
  6. Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome.
  7. Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing expectations and negotiating at the offer stage.
  8. Understand the team’s needs to find the best candidate for each role.
  9. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company.
  10. Manage diary scheduling and interview bookings.
  11. Ensure accurate information entry in our recruitment system (Greenhouse).

About You

  1. Proven experience as an agency recruiter or in-house Talent Acquisition; experience in volume recruitment is beneficial.
  2. Experience delivering Tech recruitment on an international scale.
  3. Support for wider recruitment needs across functions is a plus.
  4. Experience in Financial Services recruitment is advantageous.
  5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  6. Highly organized and autonomous.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Service-oriented mindset.
  9. Flexible, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
