Are you a dynamic, organised, and technically-savvy project leader ready to make a big impact? ProCook is looking for a Technology Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of key tech projects across our growing business.

Role overview:

As our Technology Project Manager, you'll lead our Programme Management Office and manage a diverse range of strategic and operational projects—from streamlining internal systems to implementing cutting-edge third-party solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum business value.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES 3 DAYS IN OUR OFFICES IN GLOUCESTER! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE!

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple systems (WMS, ERP, eCommerce, POS, etc.)
2. Work with stakeholders to build solid business cases and define project scope
3. Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
4. Support and guide the Business Analyst in gathering actionable requirements
5. Drive projects through all lifecycle phases: concept to aftercare
6. Champion effective change management and user adoption
7. Act as the key link between technical teams and business stakeholders
8. Keep everyone informed with clear, concise communication and reporting

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience managing both internal and third-party tech projects
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
3. Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
6. A positive, collaborative mindset with strong business acumen

Bonus Points For

1. PMP or Agile certifications
2. Experience in retail, eCommerce, or logistics environments
3. Understanding of software development lifecycles and IT infrastructure
