Job summary

Freshfields is recruiting a Technology Portfolio Planning Manager to lead the planning of the technology change portfolio, ensure governance, and strengthen resource management within IT Delivery.

You will line manage the Technology Resource Planning Analyst, Technology Portfolio Analyst and the Technology Change & Communications Lead, shaping delivery capacity, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement across programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT resource planning, capacity management or project coordination.
• Strong cost and budgeting analytics.
• Experience working in a matrixed organisation with multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning of the technology change portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee Technology portfolio governance processes and reporting for transparency.
• Develop and implement resource planning strategies and IT-wide capacity planning.
• Line manage the Technology Resource Planning Analyst, Technology Portfolio Analyst and the Technology Change & Communications Lead.
