Job summary

HCLTech in Birmingham is hiring a Technology Operations Analyst to manage patch governance, KPI reporting and audit remediation within a global IT environment.

The role requires 9+ years in IT operations, strong ITIL governance knowledge, and hands-on patch management and risk remediation. You will collaborate with engineering, operations and security teams in a hybrid work setting, driving automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Location: Birmingham, Uk (Hybrid- 3 days in office)
