Responsibilities

• Drive strategic change initiatives in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses, and Corporate Functions.
• Working collaboratively with team members across LOBs to analyze current operational processes and support designing the target operating model.
• Drive governance and oversight of the strategic vision, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment, and deliver status updates.
• Identify potential roadblocks/emerging risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Effectively present ideas and concepts to influence senior management/stakeholder decisions.

Projects include developing the overall strategic vision, operating model, architecture, and processes for the Investment & Portfolio Governance across Global Technology.

Job Responsibilities
Defining and deconstructing problems for the Global Technology organization

• Drive strategic change initiatives in partnership with Product, Technology, Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions
